Issue installing summer note plugin on iis

Managed to install the CMS on IIS. However having issues installing the summernote plugin. I unzipped the plugin in the correct folder and it is being listed in the settings however summernote is not showing in the page. Is it possible to determine the issue through logs ?

Hi sbonello, welcome to the community.
To make it easier to get this resolved, please answer a couple of questions.
1. Are you using WonderCMS 2.5.2?
2. Is everything else working correctly?
3. Are you running on PHP version 5.5 or newer?
4. Did you unzip the files manually or did you use the plugin installer?
I'm not entirely sure if this can be logged, do you have a chance of pasting any error logs that you might have regarding the issue?
