I am sorry to bang on here but library inclusions does seem to be an issue... certainly for me who particularly wants to work offline. A wonderCMS gallery plugin would be nice but a workaround will be good enough for now.

I am still exploring the range of included dependencies and it seems there are quite a lot - even two plugins loading two different versions of jquery. This seems a bit daft. with the suggestion that different themes/plugins are calling different versions?
A manual review to establish consistency would seem worthwhile.
And summerNote-editor still has a wide number of www dependency loads.

I am intending to develop my site locally, off grid, so the general call by theme and plugins to bootstrap (and jquery) is not helpful. I have copies of the respective .min.js files and wonder what gain there would be using this plugin, as opposed to just directing the call internally?
