As you can see, in your previous screenshot (Google), the first and best hit was in your own language and characters, not the latin ones.
I'm glad to see it working on this server? Did you have to change any settings or did it work by default?

It work by default (with your fix). But on another server, there is no certainty that will work just as.

About SEO and URI ))
As you can see, in previous screenshot (Google), first hit wikipedia.org But the first is not due to the fact that there in their native language, but from the fact that wikipedia.org resource with a great "weight" and PR. Next, one screen ))

We're still in beta stage and we need more feedback from users (and how this works or doesn't work on their servers).
Keep in mind that this can be an interesting experiment for SEO in general.
