Hi,
I have just downloaded version 3.5.0 to my local machine (windows 11). I am using WAMP and php 8.1.0
Opening the site i get the warning
Change your login URL and save it for later use. Open security settings
and
Cannot get content from url.
i change the login url and still get
Cannot get content from url.
this appears to me that it can not download the plugins or themes.
i have verified the cURL is working.
i tried to manually download the plugins but the downlod site id depreciated and i can not find any plugins.

SOLVED !!
This answer on stack overflow solved my problem
https://stackoverflow.com/a/48488736/1739597
in WAMP neeed to
Download the ssl certificate bundle.
Put it inside of C:\wamp64\bin\php\your php version\extras\ssl
Inside of C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache(version)\modules, make sure the file mod_ssl.so is there
Inside of Apache directory C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.27\conf, enable mod_ssl in httpd.conf
now add
curl.cainfo = "C:\wamp64\bin\php\php(Version)\extras\ssl\cacert.pem"
to C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.54.2\bin\php.ini
and to the
C:\wamp64\bin\php\php(Version)\php.ini
Be aware there are two php.ini files and you need to do this in both of them.
