I'm using the Wonder CMS v. 3.3.4 on apache with PHP 7.3

I'm trying to create a full custom theme. Here the github repo : https://github.com/mahiiro/qfm-wcms

When I try to install it, I have this error : Error opening ZIP file.
But I've checked the link to ZIP file and it seems ok.
I was up to manually install it but I don't know how.
