Problem with the tabs in Settings modal

While testing, I detected one more problem.
After installing WCMS and only two plugins: Additional Content and Summernote Editor Lite there is a problem with the Settings panel. When you open it, you can click one tab at the top, then the tabs stop responding until you Refresh the page. I tested on the default Sky theme. To be sure, I tested on a production server and a fresh installation of WCMS. Same effect on Mamp on my Mac and my Materialize theme. So far I don't see the cause. Someone ...?

This only happens when using boostrap (which some plugins use of course).

This has been previously reported but thank you for bringing it up again, we considered it a low priority bug report since there are more bugs that affect the experience those currently have a higher priority.

That's exactly the point that Boostrap is missing in this case. It must be a different problem.
