[SOLVED] Contact form plugin broke my sites

Hi,
try get contact form working on 3.5.0 did not succeed.
I uninstall contact form plugin and now when login in as admin I can't go to settings and can't get into Simple Blog. Also editable areas and footer on Home page was deleted! If I try to Add new editable area on homepage nothing happens same if I try to click Settings, only Exit button works.
Is there any solution to get pages working or must I install all from scratch?

Problen solved - my mistake. I forgot to remove the contact form line from the theme.php file.

All OK Happy Days.
