There isn't! At least not one that's been officially adopted by Wiz.

Neither am I aware of anyone who might be working on one.

While anyone is allowed to develop open source software in any way they choose, and there may be someone developing such a plugin, given your previous posts I do wonder if, with Wcms, you are starting from the platform most likely to meet your needs.

Thank you for your help and answer.
I didn't understand your answer to that.
Given your previous posts, I'm wondering if Wcms is the platform that best suits your needs.

Your earlier posts refer to "member registration" "image gallery" "delivery service" nad "internal search". You also talk of customers and additional editors.

That suggested to me that you are planning to create a commerical site that people other then you will need to add content (product details and photographs) and cope with various customer details, order processing and more. Your questions about templates and cookies also suggested to me that you are not an experienced programmer.

WonderCMS is not designed for building full scale commercial sites. It is designed for individuals use to post their blogs, information and ideas about their interests and so on.

That's not to say that a professional programmer could not add the code necessary. It's open source software so it's not impossible, but a professional programmer would be far more likely to suggest customising a product that already has the back end facilities to handle a full scale product and customer database.

That's why I made the comment that you'd be better off looking at a product that was designed from the beginning to provide the facilities needed to run a commercial site.

BTW, I'd be cautious of the response you got from the contributor of your cross-posted request for a cookie plug-in. You'll be aware that it was his first post and it refers to a plug-in that does not appear in the standard Wcms package. Further I could not find any topic in the Plug-in section of the forum that refers to it. Maybe you can? I wonder if he thought he was posting on a different package's forum?

@cmbsound, as Greg mentioned, a lot of the things you are asking for would take quite some effort to do. We always try to be helpful when suggesting solutions - have you by any chance ever worked with WordPress, it has most of the things you are looking for. :)

@NorfolkGreg, very good observation on the other thread - I noticed that as well. The response from the 1 post user seems to be AI generated, and I have an assumption why:
- it was right about the "custom code", which can be done via the functions.php file, if you create it in the theme folder. After it is created, it is automatically included in the theme. The part it got wrong is that it is a plugin.
- docs: https://github.com/WonderCMS/wondercms/ ... s.php-file

How far are you with developing your website and how do you find WonderCMS so far?

Absolutely no need to regret posting on the forum. You need to know what a package is capable of and there's no point in having those familiar with it trying to keep you using it when there are more suitable products for your need available.

It's not a waste of our time as others who follow can learn from this exchange.

@Wiz: I should have thought about the function.php option and realised the AI "mistake".

Hello, thank you again, I understand.
sorry again.
hello @wiz I've pretty much built the site. I'm putting together what will be a delivery portal
I have also integrated some code that is not available in wondercms but I am very satisfied with wondercms.
I will share it soon on the forum with your permission, thank you.
