When using the option to add a new module (at the end of Settings/Themes), clicking on "Add"

I do get a popup to specify my password.

Well, as you're already signed in, there's no need for it to be hidden and it makes it easier to check you're not mistyping it.

Just a theory! Not sure why it even asks for a password.

We'll have to wait for wiz to respond, with a better answer.

Since adding a custom module from unknown sources can be malicious/dangerous, WonderCMS requires re-entering the password for security reasons - to confirm you really want to add a custom module.

It uses an alert confirmation box, which unfortunately does not support password masking.

If you want to bypass entering your password, you can add the custom module manually in your db/cache file.
