As turboblack responded to your query in March, Wcms is a single user site, so as administrator you have the ability to upload and remove images already. You don't need additional software.

Maybe you want your images to be displayed in a particular way? To achieve that you need a theme that includes suitable code or be more specific about your requirements and hope someone will create a suitable plugin for you.
