New plugin for Arabic Translation

Hello guys
I'm shoaiyb sysa and I've forked Translation Slovenian and created my own from it;

I've spent many days just looking for the way to improve WCMS

I have nothing to do because everything is done
Only i can do is to create a plugin, And I've modified Slovenian Translation into Arabic and Hausa.

That's all i can do.
