0.5 Beta - THIS IS IT! What I have been looking for!

Post by hyppocritten »

Hey Rob,

Stumbled on your CMS and tbh, I rly like it!
Especially the 0.5 Beta!

I will be playing with it a little and I'll obv post back what I made to look at: theme(s) plugin(s).
I'll be looking around and learning first so will be some time before I can rly contribute to the community.

I've been lookin for a CMS with the right liscense to my understanding, and how it is approached.
To use and contribute to. This CMS is rly what I was looking for!
Simple to use (as visitor & admin), up-to-date to present w3c standards and lightweight!

Thnx!

Will donate if I stick with it :)

Grtz!

Plugin WYSIWYG editor

Post by hyppocritten »

Hello

Is it permitted to add stuff to the WYSIWYG editor?
I would like to add an add-image button to the plugin.

In the meanwhile I'll look at their website if I can find it myself.

Greetz

Hyppo.

PS: Would be nice if you make a support subboard for the Beta.

;)

Hey hyppocritten!

Thank you for the compliments. The BETA version is more polished as it's almost completely rewritten from the previous stable version.
If you check into the code, you'll see it really makes more sense and it's much much easier to understand the code.

You can also check out the latest changes on the latest WonderCMS BETA (which aren't yet updated on the BETA forum).
Click here to check out the latest changes.

Thanks again!

Hey hyppocritten!

Yes, you can do whatever do it, just make sure to leave the original creators copyright in their files.
The sub-forum will be created today, thank you for the suggestion.

[EDIT: Subforum created, moving these posts to the BETA support thread.]

Hi Damian.

Have you made any changes to the index.php?

What you should have on line 71 is:

Code: Select all

foreach($dirs as $dir){

Hi Rob..... (I write you a message through your website)
I didn't change any line, When I look at that line it is in the same way sou say.....
The weird thing is that I solved the poblem just installing the pluging that you provide (jquery..)....
Now I am lookint this issue:
When I create a page it shows in menu bar and obviously I can navigate in it. This action build a URL to that page. ok?... then if I delete that page it doesn't show in the menu..... but if I put the previous URL in my brownser the page still showing...
I went to my host and I see that the page (file) already exist!!....
So.. there are a fast way to really delete a page when I am editing my site without go to my server?
Thank you much.... And sorry for my english... (If you need some help in spanish fot this project I can help you)

Looks like there's an issue because the folder is empty, you solved it by putting something inside the folder (WYSIWYG editor).
A fix will be pushed to GitHub. Thank you Damian.

About deleting pages, the only way to delete files right now is to delete them through (like you said) a FTP client (or through your hosting administration panel).
Deleting files will be added and is already planned in the near future. Keep in mind that the content files are very small (if you're worried about space).

Also thanks for the offer to help with the Spanish translation - as it might come in handy in the near future.
