Here are some additional questions, which will enable us to help you better:
1. What type of server are you running? (Apache, NGINX or IIS)
2. what version of PHP are you running?
3. Like nion already asked, have you made any changes to the index.php?

Hallo , On this server I have more domains shared multi webhosting, in two is working fine in two problem or error or white page...
Nothig changed , unziped and uploaded to server in orginal....
Its Linux server with php 5,6

Php wersion changed to lower and then changed to php 5,6 and now working fine
