Hi,

If you wouldn't mind editing a config file you could try to use https://github.com/StephanStanisic/contactform

You can just insert the text "[contact_form]" (without the quotes) somewhere in the page and the form will show there for non logged in users.

I have heard from a friend that he had some issues with receiving email from the plugin, so I'm going to check that issue.

As it seems it already has a version file.
