I have no idea how to do this, but the instructions are on the website links you provided: https://eissasoubhi.github.io/summernote-bricks/
Check their requirements and installation instructions. Additionally to all instructions, you will probably have to make all these changes in the Summernote plugin itself.
Friendly suggestion: Make sure to create backups before making any changes, to prevent anything from going wrong.
If you're not sure what to do or how to do this on your server, you could hire someone on a freelancing site that would do it for you (or ask the authors if they would be prepared to do it for you).
