The install/uninstall Theme/Plugin buttons don't work in my installation because the urls for the links associated with these buttons contain "%5C".

Examples:
https://wonder.test%5C/?deleteModule=sky&type=themes&token=...
https://wonder ...

I also copied the pem file I downloaded from https://curl.se/docs/caextract.html to my php folder and added these two lines to php.ini

openssl.cafile="C:\wamp64\bin\php\php8.2.0\extras\ssl\cacert.pem"
openssl.capath="C:\wamp64\bin\php\php8.2.0\extras\ssl\cacert.pem"

Still not working...

I upgraded to php 8.2.0
