WonderCMS 3.1.3
manually install plugins and themes also have problems.
it don't show any plugins and themes items in plugins/themes tab.
so, I cannot select theme and also cannot install/uninstall plugins.

"simple-blog" plugin have a bug.
when I installed "Summernote editor" plugin, then the "simple-blog" worked.
when I remove "Summernote editor" plugin, the "simple-blog" will not save changes.

what I want is:

the content to be center aligned.
but in [edit/code] mode, it is left aligned.

Yes, it worked now (showed a item 'BLOG' in menu) when I renaming the folder name.

But, I cannot edit the blog.

I don't use any WYSIWYG html editor plugin.

WonderCMS 2.7.0 have not this problem, it is left aligned in [edit] mode.
I only found this problem when I upgrade to WonderCMS 3.1.3

I think in [edit] mode all text should be aligned to the left, just like a normal text editor (NotePad).
