Re: [BUG] Version 3.1.0 PHP error (corrupted database few days after update)
In the past two weeks, my site has remained online (did not have the database erasure issue) nor have I seen activity in the error log.

Re: [BUG] Version 3.1.0 PHP error (corrupted database few days after update)
I have just updated to 3.1.4. I will report back with logs in the future, particularly if this happens again.
Thanks for keeping this software updated.

Re: [BUG] Version 3.1.0 PHP error (corrupted database few days after update)
This seems to be a very difficult bug to work out. In the meantime, may I make the following suggestion: -periodically backup just the database.js file to somewhere -if the site hits the no database error and/or sees a database.js of 0 bytes, rather than returning the messy PHP string, have it resto...

Re: [BUG] Version 3.1.0 PHP error (corrupted database few days after update)
I just observed that my database again blanked on 9/27. I restored it from a backup but this is getting frustrating.
I haven't found logs for this time period on my server so I am a bit confused.

Simple Statistics PHP error
I installed the Simple Statistics plugin on my 3.1.1 install. On loading a page, I received the following error: Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Return value of SimpleStatistics::getDb() must be an instance of stdClass, null returned in [directory]/plugins/simple-statistics/class.SimpleStatistics.p...

Re: [APPROVED PLUGIN] Medium-Editor plugin
Not to tag on to this zombie too badly, but... any chance of seeing this plugin for 3.x.x/3.1.x?

Summernote & Summernote Air error with JS on page
I installed the Summernote editor and (while logged in as an editor) the page immediately blanked. I determined that it was due to a snippet of JS I included in my footer. Just a date check for a copyright notice: Copyright © 2017-<script>var year=new Date().getFullYear();if(year>2020)document.write...

Custom header content blocks
It might be helpful to add the capacity for custom content in the header without manually editing the theme, i.e. so content can be inserted into the theme header with the database.js file. Context: I add a favicon to my site. Upon updating, I expect the theme php file to be overwritten and thus my ...

Re: [BUG] Version 3.1.0 PHP error (corrupted database few days after update)
Should I expect this issue is resolved now and should not be expected to recur right now?
How can I collect e.g. logs to provide more info in case this somehow happens again?

Re: Version 3.1.0 PHP error
The database.js file still exists but is now 0 bytes. I don't know if there was some intermediate point where it had been corrupted but not yet wiped. There was data for a whole functioning site, maybe 10 pages or so, in the database.js file and the site had been displaying/behaving correctly when i...
