Is it correct?

I've tried to install italian and german plugin and if I see inside the html code I can see
<?php global $Wcms ?>

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">

I think this is a bug. I've set "it" in the security but the plugin doesn't use it

I'm trying to use summernote editore and </> to add style (to add logo)
It works good but I'm not able to save and it doesn't seem to say automatically.

Can you help me?

I've seen the theme code and it is

<html lang="en">

I think means that the theme doesn't read the language configuration.

I've noticed 2 simple errors in the italian plugin THEMES AND PLUGINS "> Activate","> Attivar" the correct one "> Activate","> Attiva" "> Install","> Installq" the correct one "> Install","> Installa"

but html code is always en !
